Melanie Ann is a self taught Paper Artist specializing in whimsical paper sculptures, including Surprise Balls.   Since 1995, Melanie has sold her paper creations directly to private clients online, at art shows, and wholesale through specialty gift shops.  

She works from her home studio in New York.

The Watermelon Party name is derived from a cherished nickname given to Melanie Ann by her late grandfather who used to call her, Watermelon Girl.
